Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 12 Steps Meetings Tracker application (the "App"). By signing in, creating an account, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What the App is

The App is a scheduling tool that helps a recovery meeting group keep track of its rotating schedule — speakers, readings, meeting formats, and related notes. It's provided by and for the community that uses it, on a volunteer, non-commercial basis. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any 12-step fellowship's General Service Office or any other governing body.

2. Not professional advice, not a substitute for the program

The App only manages scheduling information. It provides no medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice of any kind, and using it is not a substitute for attending meetings, working with a sponsor, or seeking professional treatment. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.

3. Accounts and access

Some features require signing in with a Microsoft, Google, or email account. New Meeting Manager signups require approval from an existing manager before they can sign in; editor access to a specific meeting is granted by that meeting's manager via an invite. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Content you submit

You're responsible for whatever you enter into the App (speaker names or initials, reading titles, session notes, and similar schedule details). Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that could identify a fellowship member without their consent.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App's operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data such as an out-of-date or lost schedule.

8. Termination

Access (as a manager, editor, or otherwise) can be revoked at any time, for any reason, including misuse of the App or a breach of these Terms or the Confidentiality Agreement.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
