A meeting schedule organizer for 12-step groups

Built for secretaries, chairs, and GSRs who manage a rotating speaker or reading schedule.

Most 12-step groups keep their meeting schedule — who's chairing, who's reading, what page a Big Book or Step study left off on — in a shared spreadsheet that one person maintains and everyone else emails for updates. The 12 Steps Meetings Tracker replaces that with a purpose-built rotation tracker that the whole group's chairs and secretaries can update directly, safely, without anyone needing to learn spreadsheet formulas.

What it does

Who it's for

Group secretaries, chairpersons, and General Service Representatives (GSRs) coordinating a recurring meeting's rotation — whether that's a weekly discussion meeting, a Big Book or Step study, or a business meeting with a monthly cycle. It's built by and for the recovery community, on a volunteer, non-commercial basis.

Privacy by design

The Tracker is intentionally not a public meeting finder or directory — it's a private tool for a group's own organizers. Access is invite-only, and the app is built around 12-step anonymity traditions: see our Confidentiality Agreement for what that means in practice.

Getting started

If your group already uses the Tracker, ask its manager to invite you. If you're setting it up for a new group, sign in and request access — an existing manager reviews new requests before granting them.
